Manchester United: fixtures, form and match stats

Manchester United began in 1878 as Newton Heath LYR Football Club, formed by the Carriage and Wagon department of the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway, and became Manchester United on 24 April 1902. Old Trafford has been home since 1910. The club's history carries both tragedy and landmark wins: the Munich air disaster of 6 February 1958 killed 23 people, including eight players, and ten years later United became the first English club to win the European Cup, beating Benfica 4–1 in the 1968 final. In 1998–99 the Red Devils became the first team to win the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League in the same season. This page brings together, each day, United's next fixtures with UK kick-off times, their Premier League position, their recent results and, if IASHARK has analysed the match, the public confidence index with a link to the full analysis.
