1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
A cookie or similar technology is a piece of information stored in, or read from, your browser when you visit a website: a cookie, local storage ("localStorage") or session storage. This policy describes the technologies used on iashark.com and how you can manage them.
2. Strictly necessary storage
These items are essential for the service to work or to remember your choices. They do not require your consent.

3. Internal visit measurement (no cookies)
To understand how the site is used and improve it, IASHARK measures visits with its own tool and stores the data in its own database. This measurement uses no cookies, no third-party tool and no advertising pixel.
For each page viewed, the following information is recorded:
- the page viewed and the site version (language or country);
- the domain name of the site you came from, if any, and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the address;
- general categories of device, browser and operating system;
- the browser's language and time zone, and a country estimated from that time zone;
- time spent on the page, scroll depth and clicks on the site's main buttons;
- a random visit identifier, described in the table below.
No IP address is stored and page views are never linked to an account. However, some journey steps (for example completing sign-up) may be associated with your account identifier when you are logged in. This data is kept for 13 months.

The former iashark_funnel_sid identifier (local storage) is no longer used and is automatically deleted from your browser. You can object to this measurement by emailing contact@iashark.com.
4. Google Analytics audience measurement
The site uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. It loads as soon as you arrive on the site, for every visitor, unless you have objected on this browser.
Purpose — to measure traffic to the site and understand how it is used, in order to improve it. IASHARK does not use this data for advertising.
Data collected — a random identifier stored in the cookies below, the pages viewed, the referring page, the date, length and sequence of visits, device type, browser, operating system, language, screen resolution and an approximate location (country, region, city) that Google derives from your IP address. Depending on how Google Analytics is configured, some interactions may also be measured automatically (scrolling, clicks to other sites, downloads). Your IP address is transmitted to Google when the service loads.

Retention — the cookies above last up to 2 years in your browser; measurement data is kept in Google Analytics for the retention period set (2 or 14 months for user-level and event-level data). Google may process this data outside the European Union: see our Privacy policy.
Objecting to Google Analytics — you can object at any time, free of charge, by clicking the link below. Google Analytics is then turned off on this browser and its _ga cookies are deleted. Your choice is remembered in this browser (iashark_cookie_consent): you need to repeat it on each browser or device you use, and after clearing your browsing data. A refusal you gave earlier is still respected. Objecting has no effect on your access to the service.
No advertising cookies are used on IASHARK.
5. Third-party resources
Some pages load resources hosted by third parties: fonts (Google Fonts), a technical library (jsDelivr) and team logos (API-SPORTS). Loading them transmits your IP address to these providers. Payment takes place on Stripe's secure page, which uses its own technologies under its privacy policy.
6. Managing your choices
- Google Analytics — click the opt-out link in section 4. Objecting has no effect on your access to the service.
- Internal visit measurement — email contact@iashark.com to object; the visit identifier is deleted when you close the tab.
- Browser settings — you can block or delete cookies and local storage; blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent you from logging in to your account. If you clear this site's data, your objection to Google Analytics is cleared too and must be given again.
