PARTNER PROGRAMME
PARTNER PROGRAMME TERMS
VERSION OF 3 OCTOBER 2026

Article 1 — Purpose

The Partner programme lets a person (the "partner") recommend the IASHARK Pro subscription to their audience and receive a commission on the payments of the subscribers they brought in. IASHARK is an information and analysis service; it is not a gambling operator. Taking part requires an IASHARK account, an application accepted by IASHARK and acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 — Commission

40% of every payment collected by IASHARK for a Pro subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly), calculated on the amount excluding tax after any discount, on every renewal, for as long as the subscriber stays subscribed.

No commission is due during a free trial period, nor on a payment that is declined, unpaid, refunded or disputed. In case of refund or dispute, the matching commission is cancelled, or deducted from the following commissions if it has already been paid.

The programme has a single tier: no commission is paid on the payments of subscribers brought in by another partner, even one you recruited.

Article 3 — Attribution of a subscriber

A subscriber is attributed to you if they create their account within 60 days of clicking your link (the first partner link clicked counts), or if they enter your code at checkout before being attributed to someone else. Attribution is final: it is never transferred afterwards.

No commission is paid on your own subscriptions, nor on an account, e-mail address, payment method or payment customer that belongs to you or is linked to you.

Article 4 — Hold, threshold and payout

Each commission stays "pending" for 30 days after the payment, then becomes payable. Payable commissions are paid once a month, per currency, as soon as their total reaches 50 in the currency of the payments (EUR, or the equivalent in the subscriber's currency). Below that, they carry over to the next month.

Payouts go to the payout account you open from your partner space with our payment provider (Stripe), which verifies your identity. Failing that, IASHARK may pay by bank transfer after asking for your bank details. Amounts paid are gross: you alone are responsible for your tax and social obligations, according to your status (individual or professional) and your country.

Article 5 — Communication rules (mandatory)

Article 6 — Prohibited fraud

The following are prohibited and lead to the loss of unpaid commissions and the end of the programme: self-referral in any form, creating accounts or addresses to obtain trials or commissions, using shared cards or payment methods to bypass the rules, artificial clicks or sign-ups, encouraging someone to subscribe and then ask for a refund, and any manoeuvre aimed at obtaining a commission on a payment that does not come from a genuine subscriber.

Article 7 — Suspension and end of the programme

IASHARK may refuse an application, suspend or exclude a partner at any time in case of non-compliance with these terms or the communication rules, or in case of behaviour harmful to the brand. A suspended partner no longer earns commission; commissions earned before the suspension and not linked to fraud remain due.

You may leave the programme at any time by writing to contact@iashark.com. IASHARK may end the programme or change its terms with 30 days' notice; commissions already earned remain due.

Article 8 — Data and liability

In your partner space, the subscribers you brought in appear in masked form: you never see their full identity. IASHARK keeps the log of commissions and payouts for the legal period.

The partner acts in their own name: they are neither an employee, nor an agent, nor a representative of IASHARK, and cannot make any commitment on behalf of IASHARK.

Article 9 — Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris. Contact: contact@iashark.com
