What IASHARK is — and is not
IASHARK is a subscription-based football statistics service. It publishes probabilities estimated by statistical models and compares them with prices available on the betting market.
IASHARK is not a bookmaker or a gambling operator. We do not accept bets, we do not place bets on behalf of users, we do not hold gambling funds and we do not provide any gambling activity. IASHARK does not hold a licence from the National Gambling Board, from any provincial licensing authority or from any other gambling regulator.
Our analyses are statistical estimates provided for information only. A probability is not a certainty: nothing on this site guarantees any result or winnings, and nothing on it is financial advice.

IASHARK is only for people aged 18 or over. Under the National Gambling Act 7 of 2004, minors may not gamble.

Team and competition names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Some sports data and images are supplied by third-party providers.
Liability
We work to keep the information on IASHARK accurate and up to date, but statistical estimates can be wrong and we cannot guarantee that every analysis is complete or accurate. Decisions you make, including any bets you place with third parties, are your own. Nothing in this notice limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the ECT Act.
Governing law
IASHARK is operated from France and its terms are governed by French law. As provided in section 47 of the ECT Act, the consumer protection provisions of that Act apply to you irrespective of the legal system applicable to the agreement, and nothing in our terms takes away the protections you have as a consumer under South African law.
